Today, 11/11, we honor the dedication, commitment, bravery, and service of our veterans. We citizens cannot thank them enough for protecting the U.S.A.! Farmers State Bank is closed today in recognition of that service.
I was originally scheduled to speak this coming Sunday at Trinity Pentecostal Church, but that commitment has been changed to Sunday, 11/20, at 10:45. The church is located at 4935 Freiermuth Rd., Stockbridge, MI. Hope you can join us for worship.
A week ago today I attended my last meeting of the FDIC Advisory Committee on Community Banking. My two year term has ended and someone new will take my spot, I think. The committee is undergoing some change and how that shakes out is yet to be seen. Check this blog in the next week or two for a treatise on that experience.
